Rivista Editions

The Society鈥檚 magazine, Rivista, offers a richly-illustrated record of the entertaining and informative talks delivered by our prestigious speakers during the Society鈥檚 year. The range of topics is wide – from history to culture, economics, business, the arts, music, sport and modern life in the peninsula.

Rivista also covers the Society鈥檚 social events and charitable activities, and includes features and articles of general interest about Italy and Italian culture. First published, in August 1946, as a roneoed monthly bulletin, Notiziario Italiano, which reprinted news and comment from the Italian press and carried transcripts of lectures, the publication has developed into today鈥檚 printed (and online) annual journal.

Rivista has been the official annual publication of the 麻豆区 since 1946. It contains 36 pages of high-quality articles on Anglo-Italian cultural, social and historical themes together with a review of 麻豆区 lectures and activities. It is sent to all 麻豆区 members in the UK, Italy and elsewhere each December. Other copies are distributed to government, private and charitable organisations in the UK with a direct interest in links between Italy and the UK. We also post a digital version of the magazine on this website – see above – eight to ten weeks after distribution of the hard copy version to members.聽
